Al-Qadha: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Perundang-Undangan published two editions each year. this journal is expected to bring added value to the reference that has been available and able to motivate the reader to review the development of Islamic law especially in the field of family law and legislation critically and analytically but remain objective. recent thoughts have emerged against the incomplete Islamic law events in digging sharia argument or otherwise too strict in the understanding text so that Islamic family law looks stiff, with the presence of this journal is expected to open the reader's insight in understanding Islamic family law good both text and contextual.
